CA. K.P. Udaya Sankar, is the Managing and Senior Partner of the firm and has been in practice since 1985. Based at the Head Office in Calicut, he has wide range of experience in handling audits, taxation, advisory, consultancy, business reports and other related services. The firm, under Udaya Sankar, has undertaken the audits of units of Central Government Telecom Companies, various units and offices of the State Government Tourism Departments, Accounts Preparation and Project Reports for whole Districts in Kerala and also Special Audits for the Government of India. With his deep and thorough understanding of the subject and experience he has gained handling such assignments, his expertise in all forms of business and across industries is highly valued by clients and fellow associates.
With over 3 decades of practice, Udaya Sankar is well acquainted with established organizations and thus he is up to date with the market and is constantly in search of options and services rendered around the world to provide quality service to his clients on a timely basis. A step ahead in time and being ethically motivated, he caters to the needs of clients outside India who trusts his ability, credibility and transparency.
Having completed more than 3 decades of practice, Udaya Sankar is currently heading the Taxation and Consulting department of the Firm.

Sidharth Sankar - B.Com, ACA ( Partner )
CA. Sidharth Sankar, a B.Com Graduate, is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
After qualifying, Sidharth has worked with M/s Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Chennai, a big four multinational audit firm for 2 years and has undertaken statutory audit assignments of multinational corporations, listed, public and private companies including reporting requirements under IFRS and US GAAP for manufacturing sector, service sector and trading concerns in addition to Indian GAAP.
Sidharth Sankar has undergone his articleship training with M/s Varma and Varma Chartered Accountants, Chennai wherein he has handled Audit Assignments ranging from Central Statutory Audits of Public Sector Banks and Branch audits of NBFC’s to numerous large and medium size Public and Private sector companies which includes exposure to Banking and Finance, Manufacturing , Trading, Service and Construction Industry.
Sidharth Sankar has also cleared the IFRS Certification course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and can certify IFRS and IND-AS accounts. He also has considerable experience in handling internal and management audits, having undertaken assignments for the implementation of internal control systems to assist in cost management, increasing revenue and also managing leakage of revenue. Having associated with reputable and successful business ventures in India and abroad, he has in-depth understanding of the systems followed across the world. Working along with the Management, Sidharth has also adequate working knowledge of preparation and implementation of MIS Reporting for the Management and has in-depth knowledge for startups and Make in India Schemes. He has also cleared certification course on GST conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

| | Sriram Sankar - B.Com, ACA ( Partner )CA. Sriram Sankar, a B.Com Graduate, is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
After qualifying, in first attempt, Sriram has worked with KPMG (M/s B S R & Co. LLP,) Chennai, a big four multinational audit firm for 2 years and has rich experience in handling various types of audit and other assignments such as statutory audits including Ind AS engagements and group reporting in IFRS for various multinational companies.
Sriram Sankar has undergone his articleship training with M/s Varma and Varma Chartered Accountants, Chennai wherein he has handled statutory audit of listed companies, tax compliance and internal audit assignments of many large and medium sized public and private sector companies which provides him with excellent exposure to manufacturing, trading and IT Industry.
Sriram Sankar has also experience in doing audit assignments such as Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) audits.His hands on experience of various ERP(s) including SAP and Tally makes him highly resourceful in implementation of internal control systems and MIS reporting.
